Requirements for Enrolling Children

 

To complete the registration process, you will need:

  • Child's Birth Certificate
 
  • SC Certificate of Immunization (white state certified copy)
 
  • Proof of residence
(Examples include a home phone bill, electric bill, or cable bill that must be from within the last 3 months and include the parent or guardian's name)
 
NOTE: A driver's license will not be accepted as proof of residence.
